Namibia

Namibia is a country of epic landscapes, with sand dunes and tropical wetlands. The county is also blessed with plenty of wildlife. My time in Namibia was very short, I would recommend at least 10 days, I was there just for a week and travelled to Namibia by boat through Botswana. This is a county I am not done exploring and cannot wait to one day go back.

Best Time to Visit

With 300days of sunshine, Namibia is good to travel all year round.

Things to do and see

  1. Etosha National Park: Is one of Africa’s largest Wildlife sanctuaries. The best place to spot the black Rhino and Cheetah.
  2. Visit the town of Swakopmund: The town of Swakopmund is a past colony of Germany. Which is positioned on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by desert; making it an ideal place to sandboard, quad biking, sailing, fishing and much more.
  3. The Namibian Desert: Will be one of the top highlights of your trip to Namibia, the red dunes and camel torn trees, which have been dead for over 800 years but still stand. Making the landscape breath-taking.
