Asia is the largest continent in the world. Located in the Northern and Eastern hemisphere and bordered by three oceans the Indian to the south, Pacific to the east and the Arctic to the north. There are 18 countries in Asia i have not included the 16 Sovereign States in the Middle East or the 14 in Oceania. But instead listed these sub-continents separately. East Asia has the largest ethnic group within Asia making Han Chinese the largest ethnic group in the world. Out of the 18 countries in Asia I have visited 16 and really look forward to someday complete the continent. Its a continent with a culture as diverse as its landscapes. The birth place of religion and ancient philosophy. I travelled Asia for four months solo, the southeast mainly by bus and train but the rest of Asia I flew, there are a lot of low cost airlines which make it very cheap and convenient to travel around Asia.
